I have been having a bit of a niggle on my knee. It’s doesn’t feel bad during the run especially after few kilometers. When starting the run, it feels a bit uncomfortable but once my body is warmed up, I hardly notice anything, but after cooling down the niggle comes back again.
I think my pain is coming from the collateral ligament from my left knee. Anyone with ideas on what might be the cause and how to care for that.
I guess the cause might be the 10k effort I did with a new running form.
